Love simple shrimp recipes and love to BBQ! This appetizer is a good combo of some of the summertime things I love!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- few dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 12)
How To Make shrimp on the barby

Step 1Melt butter, add green onion, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir but do not cook shrimp through.

Step 2Cut 4 squares of foil large enough to fold ingredients into.

Step 3Place 3 shrimp on each square. Put 1/4 of seasonings on shrimp. Add 1/4 of the mushrooms on top. Fold foil up tightly.

Step 4Place each package directly on coals with seam side up. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Shake package once during cooking. Remove from coals, cut open and enjoy!
