Love simple shrimp recipes and love to BBQ! This appetizer is a good combo of some of the summertime things I love!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • few dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 12)

How To Make shrimp on the barby

  • Step 1
    Melt butter, add green onion, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir but do not cook shrimp through.
  • Step 2
    Cut 4 squares of foil large enough to fold ingredients into.
  • Step 3
    Place 3 shrimp on each square. Put 1/4 of seasonings on shrimp. Add 1/4 of the mushrooms on top. Fold foil up tightly.
  • Step 4
    Place each package directly on coals with seam side up. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Shake package once during cooking. Remove from coals, cut open and enjoy!
