Shrimp on the Barby

Ingredients

1/3 cbutter
-
1/4 cgreen onion, chopped

1/3 cchopped fresh parsley
-
1/4 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 csliced fresh mushrooms
-
few dash(es)hot pepper sauce

1 lbjumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 12)
How to Make Shrimp on the Barby
- Melt butter, add green onion, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir but do not cook shrimp through.
- Cut 4 squares of foil large enough to fold ingredients into.
- Place 3 shrimp on each square. Put 1/4 of seasonings on shrimp. Add 1/4 of the mushrooms on top. Fold foil up tightly.
- Place each package directly on coals with seam side up. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Shake package once during cooking. Remove from coals, cut open and enjoy!
