This was my mother-in-law's speciality. She made it for her daughter's wedding reception and everyone went wild over it. It's got a different taste and it is so addictive!

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jar zataran's spicy mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 3 dashes tabasco
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
- 2-3 pounds medium size boiled shrimp
How To Make shrimp on crackers

Step 1Mix all ingredients for sauce.

Step 2Cut shrimp in three pieces.

Step 3Fold into sauce. Refigerate for at least 24 hours or longer.

Step 4Serve in dish with Ritz crackers on plate. Hence the name, "Shrimp on Crackers" Yummmy Goood!
