Ingredients

8 oz
cream cheese (soft)
1/2 c
finely, chopped onion
1/2 c
finely, chopped celery
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/2 can(s)
tomato soup
1
envelope knox gelatin
2 Tbsp
water
1 can(s)
tiny shrimp
crackers

How to Make SHRIMP MOLD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix the cream cheese, onion, celery & mayonnaise.
  • 2Heat the soup, with 1 envelope of Knox gelatin & 2 Tbsp water.
  • 3Add soup to mixture. Beat well. Fold in the shrimp.
  • 4Grease your mold lightly, with mayonnaise.
    Pour into a mold and chill several hours, or overnight.
  • 5Serve with crackers
  • 6Another easy Shrimp Dip:
    8 oz Sour Cream, 1 packet Good Season's Italian Dressing mix & 1 small can of tiny shrimp (drained).
    Mix the three ingredients, with a spoon.
    Refrigerate till chilled. Serve with Celery Sticks.
