1Mix the cream cheese, onion, celery & mayonnaise.
2Heat the soup, with 1 envelope of Knox gelatin & 2 Tbsp water.
3Add soup to mixture. Beat well. Fold in the shrimp.
4Grease your mold lightly, with mayonnaise.
Pour into a mold and chill several hours, or overnight.
5Serve with crackers
6Another easy Shrimp Dip:
8 oz Sour Cream, 1 packet Good Season's Italian Dressing mix & 1 small can of tiny shrimp (drained).
Mix the three ingredients, with a spoon.
Refrigerate till chilled. Serve with Celery Sticks.
