8 ozcream cheese (soft)
1/2 cfinely, chopped onion
1/2 cfinely, chopped celery
1/2 can(s)tomato soup
1envelope knox gelatin
1 can(s)tiny shrimp
How to Make SHRIMP MOLD
- Mix the cream cheese, onion, celery & mayonnaise.
- Heat the soup, with 1 envelope of Knox gelatin & 2 Tbsp water.
- Add soup to mixture. Beat well. Fold in the shrimp.
- Grease your mold lightly, with mayonnaise.
Pour into a mold and chill several hours, or overnight.
- Serve with crackers
- Another easy Shrimp Dip:
8 oz Sour Cream, 1 packet Good Season's Italian Dressing mix & 1 small can of tiny shrimp (drained).
Mix the three ingredients, with a spoon.
Refrigerate till chilled. Serve with Celery Sticks.
