This is another Shrimp Mold my friend Sandy shared with me. This is made with tomato soup and is also DELISH!!

Ingredients

  • 10 3/4 ounces can tomato soup
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 - envelopes plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c cold water
  • 2 - 12 ounce cans shrimp

How To Make shrimp mold number two

  • Step 1
    Lightly season your shrimp with a drop or two of Tabasco sauce.
  • Step 2
    Heat soup, add cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese melts. Remove fron heat.
  • Step 3
    Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, dissolved gelatin and shrimp.
  • Step 4
    Spray your mold with Pam. This is very attractive molded in a fish shaped mold. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight until it sets.
  • Step 5
    Invert onto serving platter, perhaps lined with curly lettuce. Serve with party crackers.
