Ingredients
- 10 - 16-21 count cooked shrimp
- 1/4 small red onion
- 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup sweet red pepper
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 5 dashes yuzu juice
- - salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
How To Make shrimp & mango cocktail

Step 1Chop your vegetables and season with rice wine vinegar, yuzu juice, dill, cilantro, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for an hour to chill.

Step 2Put chopped vegetables in two decorative glasses, pour half of the tomato juice over each one.

Step 3Hang shrimp over side of glass, garnish with dill, cilantro and a lemon wedge. Serve cold.
