shrimp gelatin mold

I used to make this whenever I had Tupperware or Interior Design parties. It was requested by the invited guests. They said if I didn't make, it they wouldn't come. This is an easy recipe to make and is great for showers, birthday's and graduations. It will go quickly, as it is so tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 package knox gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1- 4.5 oz cans shrimp, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 - 8 oz. - cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped

How To Make shrimp gelatin mold

  • Step 1
    Stir gelatin in the cold water and heat over low heat until melted.
  • Step 2
    Add soup and cream cheese to the pot with the gelatin, stirring until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Remove pan from heat and add all other ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Pour into decorative mold and refrigerate at least 8 hours or more. It's best made the day before serving. Unmold on lettuce leaves or a decorative plate and serve with crackers.
