Shrimp Gelatin Mold

I used to make this whenever I had Tupperware or Interior Design parties. It was requested by the invited guests. They said if I didn't make, it they wouldn't come. This is an easy recipe to make and is great for showers, birthday's and graduations. It will go quickly, as it is so tasty.

knox gelatin
3 Tbsp
cold water
1- 4.5 oz can(s)
shrimp, drained
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 - 8 oz.
cream cheese, room temperature
1 c
1 c
celery, finely chopped
1 bunch
green onions, finely chopped

How to Make Shrimp Gelatin Mold


  • 1Stir gelatin in the cold water and heat over low heat until melted.
  • 2Add soup and cream cheese to the pot with the gelatin, stirring until smooth.
  • 3Remove pan from heat and add all other ingredients.
  • 4Pour into decorative mold and refrigerate at least 8 hours or more. It's best made the day before serving. Unmold on lettuce leaves or a decorative plate and serve with crackers.
