Shrimp Gelatin Mold
1 pkgknox gelatin
3 Tbspcold water
1- 4.5 oz can(s)shrimp, drained
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 - 8 oz.cream cheese, room temperature
1 ccelery, finely chopped
1 bunchgreen onions, finely chopped
How to Make Shrimp Gelatin Mold
- Stir gelatin in the cold water and heat over low heat until melted.
- Add soup and cream cheese to the pot with the gelatin, stirring until smooth.
- Remove pan from heat and add all other ingredients.
- Pour into decorative mold and refrigerate at least 8 hours or more. It's best made the day before serving. Unmold on lettuce leaves or a decorative plate and serve with crackers.
