I've had this recipe for many years. I first made it for a wedding shower and it was a hit.

Ingredients
- 2 cans shrimp, broken
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 6 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
- 4 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- - soft dinner rolls
How To Make shrimp fantans

Step 1Place first 5 ingredients in a bow. Toss together. In a separate small bowl, combine mayo and lemon juice. Pour over shrimp mixture. Stir lightly.

Step 2Cut rolls down centre, not cutting through bottom. Spread inside with butter and stuff with shrimp mixture.

Step 3Note: If you prefer you can just serve this as a dip rather than stuffing dinner rolls.
