  • 1 large onion, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 large leek, sliced thin
  • 3 - carrots, sliced
  • 9 ounces red potatoes, cubed, unpeeled
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 2 1/4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 bunch broccoli florets
  • 1 package cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

How To Make shrimp dip, mom's

  • Step 1
    Thaw soup, blend in remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
