shrimp dip
I took several dip recipes and took the things that I liked from each of them. This is what I came up with. It is very rich, but tastes very good.

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cans shrimp, drained
- 1/2 - yellow onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 pound margarine, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
How To Make shrimp dip

Step 1Drain and rinse the shrimp. Soak the drained shrimp in the lemon juice and the hot sauce.

Step 2Add the seasonings. Do this step the day before serving the dip. Keep in the refrigerator.

Step 3Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, with a mixer.

Step 4Add shrimp, and mix a little. Chill. Serve with crackers or Fritos.
