Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 lb
    shrimp chopped
  • 1 pkg
    crab meat flaked
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2
    green onions chopped
  • 4 sheet(s)
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • ·
    butter melted
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • ·
    parmesan cheese

How to Make shrimp & crab squares

Step-by-Step

  1. beat cream cheese till smooth, add mayo , garlic, and green onion, beat to mix well
  2. stir in cheddar cheese, shrimp, and crab meat
  3. roll out 2 sheets of crescent onto a large cookie sheet, spread evenly with filling
  4. top with other 2 sheets and baste with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan cheese
  5. bake according to crescent roll package or until lightly golden brown.
  6. cool 10 - 15 minutes and then cut into bite sized squares.
