Ingredients
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1-2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled deveined and cooked
- 1/2 cup roma tomato, seed and chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 avocados, chopped
- lime wedges for serving
How To Make shrimp cocktail with the flavors of mexico

Step 1In a large bowl, combine catsup, lime juice and hot pepper sauce. Add the cooked (cooled) shrimp, chopped tomato, onion and cilantro. Toss to coat.

Step 2Avocados should be chopped and added just before serving up the shrimp cocktail. Gently toss to prevent breaking down the avocado.

Step 3Serve with lime wedges.
