Ingredients
- SHRIMP
- 2 lemons, cut in half
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 10 black peppercorns
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deviened
- SPICY COCKTAIL SAUCE
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- LEMON BASIL COCKTAIL SAUCE
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- salt and pepper
- GARLIC CHILI COCKTAIL SAUCE
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make shrimp cocktail with a trio of sauces

Step 1Add 6 cups of water to a pot. Squeeze the lemon juice into the water and then throw in the lemons. Add the parsley, garlic, salt, and black peppercorns. Bring to a simmer.

Step 2Add the shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 3Drain the shrimp and run cold water over them. Then cool them completely in the fridge.

Step 4To make the sauces. Combine all the ingredients for each sauce. Set in the fridge until the shrimp is cold. Serve with the sauces and enjoy.
