- 2 avocados
- salt and pepper
- AIOLI
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon whiskey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
- microgreens for garnish

Step 1Mix the aioli ingredients and set aside in the fridge for 20 minutes.
