"Shrimp and Mussels Sauteed"

How to Make "Shrimp and Mussels Sauteed"
- 1First clean the shrimps and the mussels and cut the onion, the tomato and the green, yellow and red bell pepper in dice and chopped the garlic and parsley.
- 2In a pan add the olive oil and when is hot add the onion, garlic and the peppers and cook in slow fire because we don't want color we want flavors, cook from 8 to 10 minutes.
- 3Then add the shrimps, the mussels, tomatoes, butter, wine and salt and pepper. cook about 3 minutes and add the parsley and cook another 3 to 5 minutes, remember the shrimps and mussles cook very fast.
- 4In the final before of serve add the parmesan cheese on the top and bon appetit.
