2 boxlarge mushrooms
1 boxtownhouse crackers, crushed
·1 lb. small shrimp pealed, deviened, and chopped
·1/2 lb. scallops, chopped
1 tspgarlic powder
1/2 tsponion powder
2 stickbutter, softened
How to Make Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms
- Clean and remove the stems from the mushrooms and place them on a cookie sheet.
- Mix the crushed crackers, garlic and onion powder, softened butter, and the raw chopped seafood. If it is too dry you can add some chicken broth to moisten it until it holds its shape when made into a small ball.
- fill each mushroom with a small ball of the stuffing mixture, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
