seafood stuffed mushrooms
(1 RATING)
I came up with recipe after having some "not so special" stuffed mushrooms at a seafood restaurant. I said to my husband "I would have used this and added that and before I knew it I was eager to get cooking. This recipe has changed a little over the past 20 years but it never fails to please. The stuffing can be used to stuff fish too.
