white mushroom caps
1/4 c
melted butter
1/4 c
canned crabmeat, flaked
1/4 c
cooked plain shrimp chopped fine
1 pinch
salt nd white pepper to taste
2 oz
cream cheese, room temperature

How to Make Seafood Stuff Mushroom Caps


  • 1Preheat oven to350.*
  • 2Clean mushrooms .Remove and discard stems.Place unfilled mushrooms on a baking sheet,rounded top up.Brush with melted butter.
  • 3Bake 4 minutes.Remove from oven and turn mushrooms over.
  • 4Combine crabmeat,shrimp,nutmeg and seasonings.Beat cheese until smooth,and fold it into seafood mixture.
  • 5Stuff each cap with seasoned cream cheese mixture and broil until bubbly.
