Ingredients
- 16 large white mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup canned crabmeat, flaked
- 1/4 cup cooked plain shrimp chopped fine
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- - salt nd white pepper to taste
- 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
How To Make seafood stuff mushroom caps

Step 1Preheat oven to350.*

Step 2Clean mushrooms .Remove and discard stems.Place unfilled mushrooms on a baking sheet,rounded top up.Brush with melted butter.

Step 3Bake 4 minutes.Remove from oven and turn mushrooms over.

Step 4Combine crabmeat,shrimp,nutmeg and seasonings.Beat cheese until smooth,and fold it into seafood mixture.

Step 5Stuff each cap with seasoned cream cheese mixture and broil until bubbly.
