1/4 cmelted butter
1/4 ccanned crabmeat, flaked
1/4 ccooked plain shrimp chopped fine
·salt nd white pepper to taste
2 ozcream cheese, room temperature
How to Make Seafood Stuff Mushroom Caps
- Preheat oven to350.*
- Clean mushrooms .Remove and discard stems.Place unfilled mushrooms on a baking sheet,rounded top up.Brush with melted butter.
- Bake 4 minutes.Remove from oven and turn mushrooms over.
- Combine crabmeat,shrimp,nutmeg and seasonings.Beat cheese until smooth,and fold it into seafood mixture.
- Stuff each cap with seasoned cream cheese mixture and broil until bubbly.
