Ingredients

1 csifted flour
-
1 cwater
-
1/2 cbutter
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
4eggs
-
FILLING;
-
1 can(s)or 1 frozen package crab meat
-
1 can(s)shrimp
-
1 cmushroom soup
-
1/4 cgreen pepper, minced
-
1 smalljar pimiento, chopped
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
dash(es)cayenne pepper
-
3 Tbspsherry
-
1 cbuttered bread crumbs
How to Make SEAFOOD PUFFS
- To make the puffs: Mix flour & salt. Heat water & butter in saucepan until butter melts. Add flour all at once & beat vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan.
Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Drop small teaspoonsful on greased baking sheet one inch apart.
Bake at 400^ for 15-25 minutes; watching closely.
Split when cool & fill with seafood filling. - Filling: Combine all ingredients. Fill puffs and put on cookie sheets.
Bake at 350^ for 8-10 minutes.
Will fill about 50 puffs.
