seafood dip

This recipe started out as a shrimp dip. However, I cook a lot of seafood and always have some left over. I now make this dip using a mixture of shrimp and leftovers from the previous nights seafood dinner. It's always delcious whatever the combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, crab and whitefish)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

How To Make seafood dip

  • Step 1
    Beat cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Step 3
    Serve with crackers or toast rounds or other.
