This recipe started out as a shrimp dip. However, I cook a lot of seafood and always have some left over. I now make this dip using a mixture of shrimp and leftovers from the previous nights seafood dinner. It's always delcious whatever the combination.

Ingredients For seafood dip

1 (8 oz) pkgcream cheese, softened

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 cmixed seafood (shrimp, crab and whitefish)

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley or cilantro

2 clovegarlic, minced
How To Make seafood dip

1Beat cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

3Serve with crackers or toast rounds or other.
