This recipe started out as a shrimp dip. However, I cook a lot of seafood and always have some left over. I now make this dip using a mixture of shrimp and leftovers from the previous nights seafood dinner. It's always delcious whatever the combination.

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, crab and whitefish)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make seafood dip

Step 1Beat cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Step 3Serve with crackers or toast rounds or other.
