I have had this recipe for a long time and have modified it several times over the years. This recipe is so easy to put together, and it is just as delicious as those recipes where you have to spend time breading the shrimp individually.

How To Make scampi-style shrimp appetizer

  • Step 1
Peel and devein the shrimp and place them in a bowl. Combine the lemon zest, garlic, paprika, and salt and mix well.

Very lightly spray a baking dish with oil and place shrimp flat in the dish (place close together to fit).
  • Step 3
In another bowl, combine the Panko, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Add butter and toss crumbs well. Sprinkle the Panko over the shrimp and pat the crumbs down on top of the shrimp lightly.
