This is an easy inexpensive appetizer that is a crowd pleaser. Even those who don't care for salmon like it. The liquid smoke is the secret ingredient.

Ingredients

1 lb
canned salmon
8 oz
cream cheese
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 tsp
grated onion
1 tsp
horseradish
1/4 tsp
sea salt
1/4 Tbsp
liquid smoke
1/2 c
choppped pecans
3 Tbsp
chopped parsley

Step-By-Step

1Remove all bones from the canned salmon. Using a fork, shred salmon into pieces.
2Mix all ingredients except pecans and parsely
3Form into desired shape. (ball, log, square etc.O
4Coat with pecans and parley. Chill two hours
5Serve with crackers or vegetables
