This is an easy inexpensive appetizer that is a crowd pleaser. Even those who don't care for salmon like it. The liquid smoke is the secret ingredient.

canned salmon
8 oz
cream cheese
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 tsp
grated onion
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
sea salt
1/4 Tbsp
liquid smoke
1/2 c
choppped pecans
3 Tbsp
chopped parsley

How to Make Sassy Salmon Spread


  • 1Remove all bones from the canned salmon. Using a fork, shred salmon into pieces.
  • 2Mix all ingredients except pecans and parsely
  • 3Form into desired shape. (ball, log, square etc.O
  • 4Coat with pecans and parley. Chill two hours
  • 5Serve with crackers or vegetables
