Ingredients
- 1 pound canned red salmon, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 4 tablespoons parsley, chopped
How To Make salmon spread

Step 1Flake salmon and mix well with cream cheese, onion, horseradish and salt. Divide mixture and roll into logs.

Step 2Mix together nuts and parsley; roll each salmon log into mixture. Wrap, chill. Slice into 1/4" slices.
