Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    canned red salmon, drained
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp
    onion, grated
  • 1 tsp
    horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped

How to Make Salmon Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. Flake salmon and mix well with cream cheese, onion, horseradish and salt. Divide mixture and roll into logs.
  2. Mix together nuts and parsley; roll each salmon log into mixture. Wrap, chill. Slice into 1/4" slices.
