Ingredients

  • 12-oz - cream cheese softened
  • 1-lb - cooked salmon cooled
  • 4 med - green onions
  • 1 Tbspn - lemon juice
  • 1 Tbspn - dijon mustard
  • 1 tspn - creamed horseradish
  • 4-oz - whipped cream cheese

How To Make salmon snowman appetizer

  • Step 1
    Mix first six ingred together and refrigerate at least 2 hrs
  • Step 2
    Shape 2/3 into large ball and 1/3 into smaller bsll
  • Step 3
    Place large ball in plate and top with small ball (loosely cover and refrigerate until firm
  • Step 4
    Frost snowman with whipped cream cheese
  • Step 5
    Garnish with Rosemary for crown, raisin eyes, carrot nose, red pepper mouth, thin carrot scarf, cranberry buttons
  • Step 6
    Serve with raw veg or misc crackers
