  • 12-oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 1-lb
    cooked salmon cooled
  • 4 med
    green onions
  • 1 Tbspn
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbspn
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tspn
    creamed horseradish
  • 4-oz
    whipped cream cheese

How to Make Salmon Snowman Appetizer


  1. Mix first six ingred together and refrigerate at least 2 hrs
  2. Shape 2/3 into large ball and 1/3 into smaller bsll
  3. Place large ball in plate and top with small ball (loosely cover and refrigerate until firm
  4. Frost snowman with whipped cream cheese
  5. Garnish with Rosemary for crown, raisin eyes, carrot nose, red pepper mouth, thin carrot scarf, cranberry buttons
  6. Serve with raw veg or misc crackers
