- 1 Tbspn - lemon juice
- 1 Tbspn - dijon mustard
- 1 tspn - creamed horseradish
- 4-oz - whipped cream cheese

Step 1Mix first six ingred together and refrigerate at least 2 hrs

Step 5Garnish with Rosemary for crown, raisin eyes, carrot nose, red pepper mouth, thin carrot scarf, cranberry buttons
