Salmon Snowman Appetizer

This is a huge success because it looks so good and tastes as good as it looks

serves 12 - 15 servings

  •   12-oz
    cream cheese softened
  •   1-lb
    cooked salmon cooled
  •   4 med
    green onions
  •   1 Tbspn
    lemon juice
  •   1 Tbspn
    dijon mustard
  •   1 tspn
    creamed horseradish
  •   4-oz
    whipped cream cheese

How To Make

    Mix first six ingred together and refrigerate at least 2 hrs
  • 2
    Shape 2/3 into large ball and 1/3 into smaller bsll
  • 3
    Place large ball in plate and top with small ball (loosely cover and refrigerate until firm
  • 4
    Frost snowman with whipped cream cheese
  • 5
    Garnish with Rosemary for crown, raisin eyes, carrot nose, red pepper mouth, thin carrot scarf, cranberry buttons
  • 6
    Serve with raw veg or misc crackers
