Ingredients
- 1 pound sushi grade salmon filet
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 teaspoons picked ginger
- 1 cup Ponzu sauce
How To Make salmon sashimi

Step 1Cut any dark spots off the salmon. Make sure there are no bones. Thinly slice against the grain and place in a single layer on the serving plate.

Step 2Top with lemon slices.

Step 3Set a spoon of ginger to the side and set a bowl of Ponzu sauce in the middle of the plate for dipping.
