Ingredients

  • 1 pound sushi grade salmon filet
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons picked ginger
  • 1 cup Ponzu sauce

How To Make salmon sashimi

  • Step 1
    Cut any dark spots off the salmon. Make sure there are no bones. Thinly slice against the grain and place in a single layer on the serving plate.
  • Step 2
    Top with lemon slices.
  • Step 3
    Set a spoon of ginger to the side and set a bowl of Ponzu sauce in the middle of the plate for dipping.
