Ingredients

  • 1 can (151/2 oz) salmon
  • 2 tablespoons plain gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 - finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 11/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped salted cashews

How To Make salmon mousse dip

  • Step 1
    Dissolve gelatin in water
  • Step 2
    Drain and flake salmon
  • Step 3
    Heat soup and cream cheese over low heat until cheese is completely dissolved
  • Step 4
    Add softened gelatin and stir until well blended
  • Step 5
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well
  • Step 6
    Place in a well greased jello mold and chill over night. Serve with veggie sticks or crackers
