salmon, cooked, fresh; or 1lb. can of salmon
fresh italian parsley, chopped
How to Make Salmon Log
1If using canned, drain and flake salmon being sure to remove any bones. If using fresh, flake cooked salmon into bite size pieces.
2Combine salmon with next six ingredients.
3Cover and chill mixture several hours.
4Shape mixture into a log and roll in pecans and parsley. Chill well and keep chilled until serving.
