This just screams "holidays" in my kitchen! This recipe was given to me by my mother, who got it from her mother, who got it from...;)

Ingredients
- 2 cups salmon, cooked, fresh; or 1lb. can of salmon
- 1 package cream cheese, 8oz.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh italian parsley, chopped
How To Make salmon log

Step 1If using canned, drain and flake salmon being sure to remove any bones. If using fresh, flake cooked salmon into bite size pieces.

Step 2Combine salmon with next six ingredients.

Step 3Cover and chill mixture several hours.

Step 4Shape mixture into a log and roll in pecans and parsley. Chill well and keep chilled until serving.
