Ingredients For salmon balls

8 ozpackage cream cheese, softened

1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

1 Tbspfinely chopped or grated onion

1 tspprepared horseradish

1/4 tspdill, fresh

15 1/2 ozcanned salmon
-
4 Tbspparsley
-
1/4 cchopped walnuts or pecans

salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

How To Make salmon balls

1In a mixing bowls with a hand-held electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, dill, salt, pepper and garlic powder until well blended

2Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones

3Beat into cheese mixture at low speed until well blended

4Chill until firm enough to handle

5Shape into balls with wet hands
-
6Coat with parsley and nut mixture

7Cover and chill thoroughly

8Serve with crackers
