Ingredients
- 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped or grated onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon dill, fresh
- 15 1/2 ounces canned salmon
- 4 tablespoons parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- - salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

How To Make salmon balls

Step 1In a mixing bowls with a hand-held electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, dill, salt, pepper and garlic powder until well blended

Step 2Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones

Step 3Beat into cheese mixture at low speed until well blended

Step 4Chill until firm enough to handle

Step 5Shape into balls with wet hands

Step 6Coat with parsley and nut mixture
