This is a really easy recipe packed with flavor. I like to make it a day ahead so that the flavors really have time to marry. Serve this with some assorted crackers and watch it disappear

1 lb
cooked and flaked salmon ( can use 1 large can)
8 oz
package of cream cheese
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 tsp
grated onion
1 tsp
prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp
liquid smoke
1/2 c
finely chopped pecans
parsley, chopped to garnish

How to Make Salmon Ball Appetizer


  • 1Mix all of your ingredients except pecans and parsley together. Roll into a ball and chill. After a couple of hours cover with the chopped pecans. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley if desired.
  • 2If you use canned salmon, be sure to remove skin and all bones.

    If you use fresh, just bake at 350 until flaky.
