This is a really easy recipe packed with flavor. I like to make it a day ahead so that the flavors really have time to marry. Serve this with some assorted crackers and watch it disappear

Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked and flaked salmon ( can use 1 large can)
- 8 ounces package of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- - parsley, chopped to garnish
How To Make salmon ball appetizer

Step 1Mix all of your ingredients except pecans and parsley together. Roll into a ball and chill. After a couple of hours cover with the chopped pecans. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley if desired.

Step 2If you use canned salmon, be sure to remove skin and all bones. If you use fresh, just bake at 350 until flaky.
