  • 1/4 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 3 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 lb
    frozen crawfish, rinse and drained
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, chopped

How to Make Rotel Crawfish Dip


  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add crawfish; cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove mixture from pan, cover and keep warm.
  3. Add cheese and tomatoes to pan, cook over medium low heat for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir in crawfish mixture and green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
