Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pound frozen crawfish, rinse and drained
- 1 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
How To Make rotel crawfish dip

Step 1Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add crawfish; cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 2Remove mixture from pan, cover and keep warm.

Step 3Add cheese and tomatoes to pan, cook over medium low heat for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir in crawfish mixture and green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
