Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 pound frozen crawfish, rinse and drained
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

How To Make rotel crawfish dip

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add crawfish; cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Step 2
    Remove mixture from pan, cover and keep warm.
  • Step 3
    Add cheese and tomatoes to pan, cook over medium low heat for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir in crawfish mixture and green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
