  • 1 lb
    extra large raw shrimp
  • 1/2 lb
    good thin bacon
  • 1 c
    kahlua or anything simular
  • 2 tsp

How to Make roc a mar shrimp


  1. cut bacon in thirds..wrap around each shrimp and skewer..deep fry for 5 minutes..until bacon is done..( I have broiled as well) Measure the kahlua in a fry pan and heat up until it begins ot boil slightly..add corn starch to thicken..once shrimp are out of the fryer toss them in the pan with the kahlua sauce and sticky them up..I serve these with rice and refried beans or alone as a appetizer
