Ingredients
- 3 pounds medium shrimp (peeled & devined)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic (from the jar)
- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes (the more you add the hotter it is)
How To Make red pepper & garlic shrimp

Step 1Wash and drain shrimp, pat dry and set aside.

Step 2Heat Olive Oil on medium heat, add garlic and red pepper flakes and simmer, stiring frequently. Be careful not to burn your garlic.

Step 3Add shrimp and sautue until shrimp is a nice light pink color. (approx 4-5 minutes) DON'T OVER COOK the shrimp or it will be rubbery and have a strong fishy taste.

Step 4Pour into a bowl and serve with cocktail sauce....Enjoy!
