3 lb
medium shrimp (peeled & devined)
2 tsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
minced garlic (from the jar)
2 Tbsp
red pepper flakes (the more you add the hotter it is)


1Wash and drain shrimp, pat dry and set aside.
2Heat Olive Oil on medium heat, add garlic and red pepper flakes and simmer, stiring frequently. Be careful not to burn your garlic.
3Add shrimp and sautue until shrimp is a nice light pink color. (approx 4-5 minutes) DON'T OVER COOK the shrimp or it will be rubbery and have a strong fishy taste.
4Pour into a bowl and serve with cocktail sauce....Enjoy!
