Ingredients For red pepper & garlic shrimp

  • 3 lb
    medium shrimp (peeled & devined)
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic (from the jar)
  • 2 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes (the more you add the hotter it is)

How To Make red pepper & garlic shrimp

    Wash and drain shrimp, pat dry and set aside.

    Heat Olive Oil on medium heat, add garlic and red pepper flakes and simmer, stiring frequently. Be careful not to burn your garlic.

    Add shrimp and sautue until shrimp is a nice light pink color. (approx 4-5 minutes) DON'T OVER COOK the shrimp or it will be rubbery and have a strong fishy taste.

    Pour into a bowl and serve with cocktail sauce....Enjoy!
