3 lbmedium shrimp (peeled & devined)
2 tspolive oil
2 Tbspminced garlic (from the jar)
2 Tbspred pepper flakes (the more you add the hotter it is)
How to Make Red Pepper & Garlic Shrimp
- Wash and drain shrimp, pat dry and set aside.
- Heat Olive Oil on medium heat, add garlic and red pepper flakes and simmer, stiring frequently. Be careful not to burn your garlic.
- Add shrimp and sautue until shrimp is a nice light pink color. (approx 4-5 minutes) DON'T OVER COOK the shrimp or it will be rubbery and have a strong fishy taste.
- Pour into a bowl and serve with cocktail sauce....Enjoy!
