Another great hot summer recipe that stores well in the fridge. It's a bulk recipe so it is easy to keep everyone fed with those crazy summertime schedules! However, it does have mayonnaise in it, so it doesn't picnic well unless you have a good cooler.

You can exchange the water chestnuts for celery, and of course the mayonnaise for fat-free.

    imitation crabmeat, flake

    onion powder
  • 1 dash(es)
    parsley flakes

How to Make Quick 'N Easy Seafood Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Make sure all ingredients are fully thawed and drained.
  2. Combine in large bowl, mixing well with hands or a mixing spoon.
  3. Serve with toast, over lettuce, or with crackers!
