How to Make Prawn and Avocado Cocktail
- Allow half an avocado and 6 cooked and peeled prawns per person. Heap the prawns onto the half advocado and top with dressing. Garnish with tomatos,olives and strips of red and green peppers.
For the dressing mix 200ml mayonnaise with 4 tablespoons bottled catsup, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon minced onion, dash brandy, pinch of cayenne.
