Ingredients

  • - baking potatoes
  • - potatto pulp
  • - sauteed bacon and mushrooms
  • - parsley
  • - sour cram
  • - chopped fresh chives
  • - shirmp
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - cooked chicken
  • - toasted pine nuts
  • - chopped shallots
  • - sour cream
  • - black pepper

How To Make potato skins

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Wash and dry each potato. Pierce with a fork and place in preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes or til center is firm but can be easily pierced with a fork.
  • Step 2
    Cool potato, cut in quarters lengthwise and cut out the center, leaving skin with 1 1/2 inch of potato on it.
  • Step 3
    Brush skins with butter, then sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Bake them at 350 for 10 minutes and top them with chosen topping and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes til warmed. Makes 4 pieces per potato
