    baking potatoes

    potatto pulp

    sauteed bacon and mushrooms

    cooked chicken

How to Make Potato Skins

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Wash and dry each potato. Pierce with a fork and place in preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes or til center is firm but can be easily pierced with a fork.
  2. Cool potato, cut in quarters lengthwise and cut out the center, leaving skin with 1 1/2 inch of potato on it.
  3. Brush skins with butter, then sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Bake them at 350 for 10 minutes and top them with chosen topping and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes til warmed. Makes 4 pieces per potato
