- 8 - oz. cream cheese(room temp)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 large of good salmon ( drained)
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- - pinch of salt
How To Make pecan salmon cheese ball.

Step 1MIX well refrigerate and roll in the pecans,roll in the nut.

Step 2Serve it nice tray. Center the cheese ball in the center of the the tray,add fresh fruit and nice crackers.
