- 6 ounces chilled cream cheese
- 1 cup chilled butter
- 2 cups flour
How To Make pastry shells for meat salads

Step 1cut cheese and butter into flour.

Step 2form in a ball, chill 2 hours

Step 3shape into 48 balls

Step 4press into, or "onto muffin pans, sprayed with cooking spray. ( press them on outside of sprayed cups and bake pan upside down. makes it easy to remove them

Step 5bake 350 degrees 7 -10 minutes when cool, fill with your meat salads
