Ingredients
- 24 - oysters
- - rock salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make oysters in cream

Step 1Open oysters and remove from shells. Wash 24 half shells. Place an oyster in each. Set in shallow baking pan filled with rock salt. Pour 2 t. cream over each oyster. Sprinkle each with 2 t. cheese and 1 t. melted butter. Place under a preheated broiler just until the edges curl and the cheese is lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
