My quick and easy Go-To Sammie. You can substitute any protein you wish. This is simple and tasty. Cooking with Passion, sw :)

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pound lobster, cooked and chunks
  • 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons all purpose greek seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fennel leaves, dried
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 4 slices toasted bread

How To Make open-faced lobster butter toast

  • Step 1
    in a mixing bowl, combine ingredients 1-7. fold gently so that the lobster chunks do not break. chill for 15 minutes. spread butter on toast. place 4 equal pprtions of lobster on the buttered side up toast. enjoy! **this will be good with shrimp, chicken, tuna and even grilled firm tofu**
