lobster, cooked and chunks
2 Tbsp
celery, chopped
4 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 tsp
lemon juice, fresh
2 tsp
all purpose greek seasoning
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 Tbsp
fennel leaves, dried
4 Tbsp
butter, unsalted
4 slice
toasted bread

How to Make Open-Faced Lobster Butter Toast

Step-by-Step

  • 1in a mixing bowl, combine ingredients 1-7. fold gently so that the lobster chunks do not break. chill for 15 minutes. spread butter on toast. place 4 equal pprtions of lobster on the buttered side up toast. enjoy! **this will be good with shrimp, chicken, tuna and even grilled firm tofu**
