my seafood salad

This recipe is best if everything is fresh. you may use Imitation crab and or can shrimp, but it is not as good. Serve on assorted crackers or toast points. may also serve as seafood sandwich with lettuce.

Ingredients For my seafood salad

  • 1/2 lb
    lump crab meat
  • 1/2 c
    tiny salad shrimp
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    miracle whip
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp
    pink himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 tsp
    fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika (opt)

How To Make my seafood salad

  • 1
    mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2
    if it seems a little to dry, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream..
  • 3
    just before serving, add the lemon or lime juice.
  • 4
    Sprinkle top with paprika
