My mom would make this dish every year in the summer. They are easy to make and tastes great.

Ingredients For mom's crab cakes

4or5 slicebread break into small pieces

1 lblump crab meat
-
1egg
-
1 pinchdry mustard
-
1 cancream of celery soup

salt and pepper to taste

bread crumbs, buttered
How To Make mom's crab cakes

1Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties and dip into bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil, reduce heat to low and fry until golden brown. Serve with Fries and Cole Slaw.
