My mom would make this dish every year in the summer. They are easy to make and tastes great.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

4or5 slice
bread break into small pieces
1 lb
lump crab meat
1
egg
1 pinch
dry mustard
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs, buttered

How to Make MOM'S CRAB CAKES

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties and dip into bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil, reduce heat to low and fry until golden brown. Serve with Fries and Cole Slaw.
