Ingredients
- 4or5 slices bread break into small pieces
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1 - egg
- 1 pinch dry mustard
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - bread crumbs, buttered
How To Make mom's crab cakes

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties and dip into bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil, reduce heat to low and fry until golden brown. Serve with Fries and Cole Slaw.
