mmmmm! parmesean shrimp
In Louisiana, seafood is big, but sometimes I don't feel like boiled, so this recipe is a nice change. This is one of my friend and families favorite dishes.

Ingredients
- 24 - large-jumbo shrimp
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- - lemon juice,fresh
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mmmmm! parmesean shrimp

Step 1Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

Step 2Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 3Add shrimp and toss lightly to coat. Place in fridge for 30-60 minutes to marinade.

Step 4In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Place each shrimp in bread crumb mixture and turn them to lightly coat both sides

Step 5Arrange shrimp so that they aren't touching each other on a ungreased baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter

Step 6Place pan on the center rack of oven and bake for 10 minutes till shrimp are golden crunchy.
