This is adapted from a recipe that I found in a Kraft magazine.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 can crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • - wonton wrappers

How To Make mini eggless crab quiches

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Mix the cream cheese, mayo, green onions, and crab meat in bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix paprika and parmesan cheese in small bowl, set aside.
  • Step 3
    Place wontons into muffin pan. Fill with the crab meat mixture.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle tops with parmesan cheese mixture.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 18-20 minutes until sides are browned and tops are bubbly.
  • Step 6
    For best flavor, cool 2 minutes and serve warm.
