My daughter had this in a restaurant and went home and figured out the recipe. This looks really nice served in martini glasses.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds large shrimp, shelled, deveined and cooked
  • 3 - haas avocados, chopped
  • 3 - plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 large clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 jar jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • - the juice of 2 limes
  • 1 large can of tomato juice
  • 2-3 teaspoons chili powder, according to your taste
  • - salt to taste

How To Make mexican shrimp cocktail

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
