My daughter had this in a restaurant and went home and figured out the recipe. This looks really nice served in martini glasses.

  • 1 medium
    red onion, chopped
  • 1 large
    clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 jar(s)
    jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, chopped
  • ·
    the juice of 2 limes
  • 1 large
    can of tomato juice
  • 2-3 tsp
    chili powder, according to your taste
  • ·
    salt to taste

How to Make Mexican Shrimp Cocktail


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
