- 3 pounds large shrimp, shelled, deveined and cooked
- 3 - haas avocados, chopped
- 3 - plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1/4 jar jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- - the juice of 2 limes
- 1 large can of tomato juice
- 2-3 teaspoons chili powder, according to your taste
- - salt to taste
