Ingredients

  •   8 oz
    chopped cooked plain salad shrimp (8oz frozen pkg)
  •   2
    chopped roma tomato (seeded)
  •   1/2 c
    chopped red onion
  •   1/2 c
    chopped fresh cilantro
  •   1/2 c
    chopped avocado
  •   1 clove
    chopped fresh garlic
  •   1/2
    chopped cucumber
  •   1/2 c
    lime juice
  •   1/2 c
    clamato juice

How To Make

    Thaw shrimp and dice

    Chop next 6 ingredients and add to bowl

    Add chopped shrimp

    Stir in lime and clamato juice

    All ingredient amounts can be adjusted to suit each person. Hot sauce or horseradish can be added to give it a little fire.
