Stove Top


1 1/2 lb
head-on shrimp
1/2 c
worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 tsp
2 tsp
cracked black pepper
2 tsp
cajun seasoning
4 clove
minced garlic
2 stick
unsalted butter, cut into pieces

How to Make Louisiana Bar-be-qued Shrimp


  • 1In a large skillet saute shrimp with worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, peppers, cajun seasoning and garlic. Cook over medium high heat until shrimp turn pink, about1 minute on each side.
  • 2Reduce heat to medium and stir in butter a few pieces at a time. Stir constantly and add more butter only when butter is melted.
  • 3Remore from heat and place shrimp in a bowl and pour sauce over top.
    Serve with crusty Frencvh bread for dipping.
