Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds head-on shrimp
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces
How To Make louisiana bar-be-qued shrimp

Step 1In a large skillet saute shrimp with worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, peppers, cajun seasoning and garlic. Cook over medium high heat until shrimp turn pink, about1 minute on each side.

Step 2Reduce heat to medium and stir in butter a few pieces at a time. Stir constantly and add more butter only when butter is melted.

Step 3Remore from heat and place shrimp in a bowl and pour sauce over top. Serve with crusty Frencvh bread for dipping.
