Louisiana Bar-be-qued Shrimp
4 appetizers or 2 entrees
cracked black pepper
unsalted butter, cut into pieces
How to Make Louisiana Bar-be-qued Shrimp
1In a large skillet saute shrimp with worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, peppers, cajun seasoning and garlic. Cook over medium high heat until shrimp turn pink, about1 minute on each side.
2Reduce heat to medium and stir in butter a few pieces at a time. Stir constantly and add more butter only when butter is melted.
3Remore from heat and place shrimp in a bowl and pour sauce over top.
Serve with crusty Frencvh bread for dipping.
