Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash hot pepper sauce
- pinch white pepper
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and cut in 1/2" cubes
- - frankfurter rolls, lightly toasted
- - butter, unsalted and melted
How To Make lobster rolls

Step 1Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, onion, parsley, salt, hot pepper sauce and pepper to taste in medium bowl.

Step 2Stir in lobster meat until coated.

Step 3Brush insides of rolls with melted butter.

Step 4Spoon lobster salad into each roll, dividing evenly; serve immediately.
