kenmare smoked salmon spread
I can't tell you how badly I hate fish. My idea of fish and chips is beer battered, tear off the tip and pour in the Malt Vinegar until full. Eat over Chips. This spread is really good. No kidding!

- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temp
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 pound smoked salmon

Step 11. Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth.

Step 2Add the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper, give the mixer 3 or 4 quick pulses.

Step 3Chunk the salmon, pulse your mixer off and on until salmon breaks apart but you can still identify it.

Step 4Chill and serve with County Clare Oatcakes.
