One of my high school friends prepared this tasty dip at an open house she hosted. Everyone was requesting the recipe. It does not have a strong Salmon taste but is just right!! A very nice appetizer for the holidays!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons green onions or chives

Step 1In food processor, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, and tobacco sauce.

Step 2Stir in Smoked Salmon, dill, and onions. Serve with crackers.
