Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 ounces, lite cream cheese at room temp.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1 can 15 oz. salmon, pick out bones and skin
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

How To Make joan's smoky salmon spread

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate at least one hour. Can be used as a filling for endive/spread on crackers/used as a dip. etc.
