Ingredients
- 1 package 8 ounces, lite cream cheese at room temp.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 can 15 oz. salmon, pick out bones and skin
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate at least one hour. Can be used as a filling for endive/spread on crackers/used as a dip. etc.
