Ingredients

·8 oz. cream cheese, softened

·1 pint sour cream

·1 pkg. dry italian dressing mix

·1 tsp. lemon juice

·1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper, optional

·8 oz. tiny fresh srhimp,cooked
-
·1 red cabbage or round loaf rye bread
-
·vegetable crudites or chips
How to Make Italian Shrimp Dip
- Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, dressing mix, lemon ljuice and green pepper. Mix with beater. Fold shrimp into mixture by hand so as not to break up shrimp. Refrigerate 24 hours. Serve in a red cabbage which has been hollowed out or in a country round loaf of rye or pumpernickel bread. use vegetable crudites or chips as dippers. Serves 6 to 8
