best food mayonnaise
1 Tbsp

kimchee base (available in asian stores)
2 lb

uncooked frozen mussels
1/2 tsp

tabasco

How To Make hungry-mans bbq mussels

Mix mayonnaise with kimchee base in a bowl. Place frozen mussels (half shell facing up) in medium to low heat bbq grill and add a spoonful of the mayonnaise mix. Bbq until juices dry out turning brownish on sides. Place in platter and serve!!!
